Fake Shiba Inu (SHIB) Account Out to Steal Your Funds

Shiba Inu is warning its users about a new scam account that’s been targeting Twitter users. To defraud individuals of their money, the account pretends to be the official Shiba Inu account.

The @ShibaInuHQ Twitter account is a scam. They are only attempting to steal your money and have no link to the actual Shiba Inu team. If you see a tweet from @ShibaInuHQ offering a SHIB giveaway, it’s a scam.

Avoid clicking any links in the tweet, and you shouldn’t provide them with your wallet information on their website.

Scammers are using a fake SHIB giveaway to lure unsuspecting fans into handing over their crypto wallets. The giveaway is offering a whopping $30 million worth of SHIB, BONE, and LEASH, which is far more than any legitimate crypto exchange would ever give away.

The fake account specifically retweeted a tweet from the SHIB Metaverse advertising a contest to win 10 pieces of virtual real estate. This is a clever way to lure people in, as the contest sounds legitimate.
